  • Creative Concepts: 本產品主打小SIZE、大功能，藉由麻雀與鳳凰（影子）關係，隱喻出主標題「小巧猶如雀、效能似鳳凰」主題概念。並透過空間關係將商品實際尺寸標示於畫面中，使消費者能更直觀了解其精巧的商品設計。

  • Creative Concepts: In 2017 many people say about high end PC, mainstream PC and Gaming PC. But in side people ‘only’ need simple PC. Yes, Simple PC. You can put or take this anywhere, anymore, and anytime. So I collect data from some people, “How About mini PC?” This PC is the mobile device you can use it with simple button, and any people say about mini PC from LIVA I created this at this typography

Matters to take attention

1. Winners should meet the requirements of the organizers, such as: the right to carry on the application, the priority agreements and product development.

 

2. Winners must be in full participation in any promotional activity related to this contest, in violation of competition rules, damages the reputation of the organizers, will be disqualified and replaced by the candidates who are on the waiting-list.

 

3. According to the provisions of ROC Income Tax Act, winning prizes or cash money at NTD $ 20,000 and above, winners must withhold 10% income tax in accordance with the provisions of the winnings; the winner who is a foreigner (residing in the Republic of China less than 183 days) changes in accordance with regulations to 20% withholding tax. If the winner desires not to cooperate, they shall be deemed a waiver, and the award shall be regarded as the omission.

 

4. In accordance with ROC tax law, if the award amount is more than NTD $ 1,000, the cash income will be included in individual income tax return. The winners need to fill in related receipt before receiving payment. If the winner desires not to cooperate, they shall be deemed a waiver, and the award shall be regarded as the omission.

 

5. Without the consent of the organizer, the winners’ project or similar project shall not have any profit-making behavior.

 

6. Entries that fail to achieve the accreditation requirements will be absent from prizing.

Requirement of the Artwork

1. The artwork need to be original and not be published before. 
2. Please provide (a) Artwork title (b) Artwork image (c) Creative concept 
3. Image format: JPG/PNG. Resolution 72 dpi. 5 MB maximum. 
4. Image size: 21cm X 29.7cm, both horizontal and vertical image are acceptable. 
5. Winners have to provide the original AI or PSD files to the organizer 
6. Artwork should contain LIVA Q logo, Product photo.  
7. One entry only for each participant

 

Requirements To Vote

  • From 12:00 pm, 27th November,2017 ~ 23:59 pm, 24th December,2017 (TPE time)
  • Limit 1 unique Votes Per Day
  • User must have a valid email address that has be authenticated by email verification.
  • You must be 18 years or older to participate

 

Awards:

Gold Award: USD 3,000 (1 person)

Silver Award: USD 1,000 (1 person)

Bronze Award: USD 500 (1 person)

Online Voting Lucky Draw: LIVA Q (3 people)

 

 

Matters to take attention

1. Participants should read the rules and specifications laid down by the organizer of, and compliance with competition rules. Failure to comply with the provisions of the Competition deemed waiver, if it is the winner, may cancel its award qualifications, and should be returned to the prize winners, awards, prizes and other related compensation.

 

2. Organizers retain the right of modify, change and cancellation of the competition, related matters by the organizer adjusted to change at any time after the announcement on the event website, participants may go online for attention. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.

 

3. All entries for the participants must be own creation, may not be copied, imitated or infringe the rights of others. Entries must be not yet published in any form, in various media, nor had participated in other competitions. Once verified by the organizer, organizer may disqualify the irregularities’ winning rights.

 

4. Participants are required to be entries’ original creative persons, and have personality rights and property rights on the entries.

 

5. Entries found to violate intellectual property rights or the prosecution, in addition to the disqualification, but its legal responsibilities by the contestants themselves responsible.

For the winners, should return the winner awards, prizes and other related compensation, while the organizer will be announced instructions.

 

6. Entries that are submitted to the organizer are not returnable. Participants should backup their own files.

 

7. Entries that are not complete or present irregularities, the organizer reserve the right to disqualify and not return related entries.

 

8. Based on the competition publicity, participants agree to authorize the use of physical, photographs and captions and other information of the entries to the organizer, such as the right in reporting and exhibit, and not limited to the use of time.
