2014第一屆地球春浪大賞 The First Global Spring Wave Awards -2014

（一）比賽資格Eligibility:

• 無論有簽屬經紀唱片合約，或沒有簽署經紀唱片合約的創作人，皆可參加。(團體人數不限，可單人參賽)，在學或社會工作均可，沒有年齡限制The Awards opens to individuals and music groups, with or without album contracts with agents, with no age limit.-School students are accepted.
• 參賽歌曲必須是未曾公開發行過的作品。(但2014年1月1日後發表公開之作品不在此限) Submitted musical pieces must never be officially released. (Those publicly played after Jan. 1, 2014 are accepted).

（二）比賽日期，地點，獎勵辦法Submission and award details:

1. 初賽：QUALIFYING ROUND:

• 報名時間：2013年12月11日（三）至2014年2月13日（四）24時止。  Submission time: From Dec.11, 2013 (Wednesday) to Feb. 13, 2014 (Thursday)
• 報名網站：請至 http://contest.bhuntr.com/tw/2014springwave報名  Visit http://contest.bhuntr.com/tw/2014springwave for submission, attach
• 需附上之報名資料 with following information:

1. 聯絡人資訊：姓名、E-mail、手機號碼 name, e-mail address and cell phone number of participant (contact person)
2. 參賽者照片：至少2MB以上,jpg或png檔 photos of participant: at least 2 MB, in jpg or png file
3. 參賽者介紹：Profile:

• 成員編制，簡介 introduction of individual participant, or members of participating music group
• 音樂理念（200-300字）200-300 words stating inspiration of creation
• 經歷（演出or得獎經驗）experience in performing and/or list of awards received

1. 參賽者原創音樂作品 original musical pieces:

• ２首以上的Demo或live演出影片 at least two demo or live performance

• Demo規格：主打歌請直接上傳，每首長度4-5分鐘，限mp3格式 10mb以內 for demo: 4-5 minutes long, in mp3, compressed file
                    其餘歌曲請提供連結 
• live演出影片規格：請提供參賽者本人演出作品的有效影片連結 for live: provide links

• 選拔方式：主辦單位從報名樂團提供之作品DEMO中，評選出前二十強，進入準決賽Voting: the jury will select the best 20 from the demo or live entries for semi-finals

• 入選名單公佈：2014年2月15日（六）於春浪官方FB公佈。Announcement: the top 20 list will be announced on Feb.15, 2014 (Saturday) on Spring-Wave Facebook

• 前20強獎勵：Subsidies for top 20:

1. 交通補貼：

• 台灣地區/（每人）補貼NT＄2000元  in Taiwan,NT$2,000 for each participant
• 台灣以外地區/（每人）補貼NT＄6000元 outside of Taiwan, NT$6,000 for each participant

1. 2天免費住宿（2014年4月3日及4月4日，位於墾丁的飯店住宿）Two days of free hotel accommodations in Kenting on April 3/4, 2014
2. 至墾丁春浪音樂節現場服務處登記後，可免費入場觀賞節目 Free entrance to Spring Wave Kenting (register at information desk of Spring Wave Kenting)
3. 準決賽：SEMI-FINAL ROUND:

• 選拔方式：由評審於比賽現場自20組入圍者中選出前六強，進入總決賽 Voting: the jury will select the top 6 from the top 20 after live performances for the final round
• 比賽時間：2014年4月3日（四）晚上6:00-11:00 Competition time: 6:00-11:00 pm, April 3 , 2014 (Thursday)
• 比賽地點：台灣墾丁恆春機場 Competition venue: Hengchun Airport, Kenting, Taiwan

1. 總決賽  FINAL ROUND:

• 選拔方式：由評審於比賽現場評選出前五名Voting: the jury will select the top 5
• 比賽時間：2014年4月4日（五）下午3:10-4:15 Competition time: 3:10-4:15 pm, April 4, 2014 (Friday)

• 比賽地點：台灣墾丁恆春機場 Competition venue: Hengchun Airport, Kenting, Taiwan
• 總決賽獎勵：Awards for finalists:

1. 第一名 First place

• 獎金NT＄60000 NT＄60,000 cash award
• 將獲邀至2014年春浪全亞洲至少二站演出（包括：春浪新加坡、春浪馬來西亞、春浪香港、春浪台北、春浪澳門）invitation to perform at at least two Spring Wave Asia festivals in 2014(Spring Wave Singapore, Spring Wave Malaysia, Spring Wave Hong Kong, Spring Wave Taiwan, and Spring Wave Macau)
• 演出者之機票、飯店、在地交通，由主辦單位全額支付。all expenses of the performer(s) including air tickets, hotels and local transportation will be paid by Organizer

1. 第二名Second place

• 獎金NT＄50000  NT＄50,000 cash award
• 將獲邀至2014年春浪全亞洲至少二站演出（包括：春浪新加坡、春浪馬來西亞、春浪香港、春浪台北、春浪澳門）invitation to perform at at least two Spring-Wave Asia festivals in 2014 (Spring Wave Singapore, Spring Wave Malaysia, Spring Wave Hong Kong, Spring Wave Taiwan, and Spring Wave Macau)
• 演出者之機票、飯店、在地交通，由主辦單位全額支付。all expenses of the performer(s) including air tickets, hotels, and local transportation will be paidby Organizer
   

1. 第三名/ NT＄40000 Third place: NT$40,000 cash award
2. 第四名/ NT＄30000 Fourth place: NT＄30,000 cash award
3. 第五名/ NT＄20000 Fifth place: NT$20,000 cash award

（三）注意事項：Terms and Conditions:

1. 所有參賽者報名比賽，即同意主辦單位授權於相關指定合作媒體或平台，包括參賽者之姓名、基本資料、肖像、錄影、錄音著作，於各相關活動宣傳品、報導刊登及各媒體平台做播放或轉播，不另計酬使用。Upon submission, the participant agrees to authorize Organizer to make publicity, broadcast or live transmission of the Awards programs in media or other platform including the use of the participant's name, background information, images, and audio and video recordings. The participant will receive no remuneration for such use.
2. 若有抄襲或欺瞞偽造資料情事，主辦單位有權取消其參賽資格及得獎獎項。Organizer reserves the right to eliminate the participant from the competition or cancel the award given tothe participant should the participant be found to have involved in copyright violation, cheating or forgery.
3. 主辦單位有權決定取消、終止、修改或暫停本活動。Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, revise or suspend the Awards activities.
