Overwatch presents its latest map, Blizzard World, a theme park map which features iconic Blizzard games like World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Heroes of the Storm and Diablo.
We now invite you to pick up your artistic tools, fire up your imagination and bring to life the kind of adventures our heroes in Overwatch will have in Blizzard World!
4. Contest Description
Please read the Introduction and creatively express what you think the heroes of Overwatch will be doing in Blizzard World. The earlier you submit your artwork, the higher chances of being featured on the Overwatch Facebook page, so more people can admire your artwork!
5. Contest Eligibility
· We welcome all passionate artists
· There is no limit to the number of submissions you can make
· Contestants must own the copyright to the artworks they submit and they must be original works
· This contest is open only to residents of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and South-east Asia
6. Contest Time and Dates
· Submission period: 3 January 2018 to 22 February 2018 1600 hrs
· Online voting period: 23 February 2018 1600 hrs to 7 March 2018 1600 hrs(All timings are in GMT+8)
· Winner announcement: 9 March 2018

· Submission Guidelines
●You are free to use any style to produce your fanart. Both hand drawn or digitally drawn methods are accepted
●Please submit your artwork in either JPG or PNG format, file size to be below 3MB
●Size of artwork: Your artwork should not be smaller than 600px on the shorter end and quality must be 72dpi and above
●Please create artwork in RGB mode and retain the original AI / PSD files
●Prize winners will be asked to provide the working files after the winner announcement has been made
8. How to Participate
· Submit your artwork to our contest website and fill in your personal details along with your submission
· Submission will be vetted before being posted to the contest website. This vetting will take up to 2 – 3 working days. Artists will not be informed if their artwork fails the vetting process
· Submissions must not violate the rules of this contest or related laws, and should not contain any illegal, defamatory, exaggerated, obscene, pornographic and other inappropriate content.
9. Judging Criteria
· Visual presentation – 35%
· Adhering to theme – 25%
· Ability to express the special characteristics of Overwatch characters – 25%
· Online voting – 15%
10. Judging Process
· Eligibility checking and initial judging phase: 20 -22 February 2018
· Online voting – 30 top submissions from the initial judging phase will be revealed and fans will have a chance to vote online for their favourite works between 23 February 2018 1600 hrs to 7 March 2018 1600 hrs (all timings are in GMT+8)
· Consolidation of scores will take place on 8 – 9 March 2018 and the winners will be announced on 9 March 2018

12. Judgement Announcement
Organisers will announce the winners of the Fanart contest on the contest website by 12 March 2018
13. Things to Note
a.The Contestant will be recommended to upload or submit his/her artwork prior one day to the deadline of this registration to ensure that he/she is able to attend this contest. The Organiser will receive these registrations by the system. If the registration is succeeded, the Organiser will send a successful registration email to you. If any problem occurred in registration process or system, please notify the Organiser by email to the Organiser’s customer service center at contest@bhuntr.com before the deadline of this contest. To ensure the fair and justice of this contest, in the event of that an unsuccessful registration due to the late submission with a failure to notify the Organiser before 16:00 on February 22, 2018, the Organiser may not accept such submission. The Contestant will be borne the risk and responsibility by himself/herself.
b. Each Contestant will be limited to be awarded only one prize. The actual number of awards will be determined by the judges according to the quality of artwork. If necessary, the judges may decide not to award the prize, to increase additional prizes or decrease the prizes.
c.All artwork shall be new and never published or displayed in any format to the public or media without any copy or fake. If the Organiser finds that any artwork breaches the regulations stipulated in the rule of this contest, the Organiser may disqualify the Contestant immediately. If the artwork of such Contestant is awarded, the Organiser shall withdraw such award and announce such event. The Contestant shall also be liable for all and any damages and losses to any third party arising out from such event, without any objections.
d.All artwork is forbidden to copy or counterfeit strictly and shall not quote any pictures, articles or other artwork with the copyright or image right. The Contestant warrants that his/her artwork will not violate any law and regulations or not infringe any copyright or other intellectual property rights to any third party. If the Contestant is reported or prosecuted that he/she infringed any third party’s copyright, patent or other intellectual rights, the Contestant shall bear all legal liabilities.
e.If the artwork is relevant or implied to any sensational or violent content or will make impact to the society or is willing to damage the Organiser, including but not limited to the Organiser’s image, reputation or any and all valuable or invaluable losses, the Organiser is entitled to remove the artwork and disqualify the Contestant without any notification, and reserve the rights to take any legal action. If the event of that the Contestant caused any damage to the Organiser, the Contestant shall bear all civil or criminal liabilities.
f.If the event any of Section 2, 3 or 4 occurs and it is substantiated as a truth, the Contestant will be disqualified and must return all award certificates or prizes. The Organiser will withhold the taxes subject to the relevant regulations.
g.By completing this registration, the Contestant is deemed to authorise the Organiser to utilize all of his/her public words or messages on the official site and to agree such words and messages became a part of this Website. The Organiser has all rights in and to this Website. Without the Organiser’s consent, any person or party shall not plagiarize, copy and reproduce any pictures and words from this Website.
h.The Contestant’s information shall be include the name, subject and design idea of the artwork, specified format, mobile number and e-mail address. If such information is incomplete, the Organiser will not notify the Contestant and such Contestants will be deemed as disqualified. Regardless whether the artwork is selected or not, it will not be returned.
i.Each Contestant shall keep and file the information of his/her submitted artwork. If the Contestant won the prize, he/she shall provide the electronic file of such prize-winner artwork for the following process.
j.The Organiser has the economic rights of the prize-winner artwork and is entitled to utilize, public display, reproduce, adapt, print, develop for sale and sublicense such artwork to any third party, without any limitation to time, region, frequency and method. The prize-winner shall not assign or transfer the copyright of the prize-winner artwork to any third party. If such event occurs, the Organiser may disqualify the Contestant and ask him/her to return all prizes, award certificates or trophies. The Contestant shall indemnify all commercial and defamation losses incurred by the Organiser arising out from such event.
k.This contest will not charge any expenses or costs. If the value of a prize exceeds NT$20,000, the Organiser will withhold the taxes 10% for residents and 20% for non-residents in accordance with the tax law. The prize-winner shall provide his/her identification documents to the Organiser for declaring the income taxes process.
l.Prize-winner shall inform the Organiser his/her personal information before 16:00 on March 21, 2018. If the prize-winner fails to response, it will be deemed that he/she waives the right to the prize.
m.Anyone completes the registration of this contest is deemed that he/she fully understands all terms and conditions of this contest and agrees to comply all of them.
n.The actual number of selected artwork will be adjusted by the actual on-line submissions.
o.The Organiser reserves all rights to modify or supplement any unmentioned matters regarding this rule. If there is any modification or update, it shall be governed by the announcement of this Website, the Organiser will not inform separately.
p.The Organiser reserves all rights to amend, modify or postpone of this activity. Matters not mentioned herein shall be subject to the relevant rules or the explanation of the Organiser. The Organiser may amend or supplement this contest and announce it at any time. By participating this contest, the Contestant is deemed to accept and be bound by this rule, Privacy Policy(http://tw.blizzard.com/zh-tw/company/about/privacy.html) and the Blizzard Video Policy(http://tw.blizzard.com/zh-tw/company/legal/videopolicy.html).
